Day 1: Cape Town to Oudtshoorn

You’ll leave Cape Town in the early morning and head towards the Little Karoo region. The scenic drive along Route 62, known for its stunning landscapes and quaint towns, is an experience all on its own.

You’ll then arrive in Oudtshoorn, the ostrich capital of the world, and visit an ostrich farm to learn about these fascinating birds. After that, you’ll explore the impressive Cango Caves, famous for their limestone formations.

You’ll stay overnight in Oudtshoorn.

Day 2: Oudtshoorn to Knysna

After breakfast, you’ll be taken over the Outeniqua Pass to the coastal town of Knysna.

En route, you’ll stop at Wilderness National Park for a canoe trip through its serene waterways. Upon arrival in Knysna, there is time to enjoy a leisurely afternoon exploring the town’s waterfront, boutiques, and local markets. Optional activities include a sunset cruise on the Knysna Lagoon.

You’ll stay overnight stay in Knysna.

Day 3: Knysna to Cape Town via Safari

Today, you’ll leave Knysna and head to a private game reserve for an authentic African safari experience.

You’ll go on a game drive with an experienced ranger, seeking out Africa’s iconic wildlife, including lions, elephants, rhinos, leopards, and buffalo.

After the safari, you’ll begin the return journey to Cape Town, arriving in the evening.
